Service Availability: We aim to provide reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect service availability.
Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content submitted through your account and all actions taken using your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services.

Limited License to Us: By submitting content to our Services, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our AI detection and humanization services. This license terminates when processing is complete.
Our Intellectual Property: All aspects of our Services, including our AI algorithms, models, software, designs, trademarks, and technology, are owned by AIGC Checker and protected by intellectual property laws.
Content Storage: We do not permanently store the content you submit unless you explicitly save it to your account history. Content may be temporarily cached for processing purposes and then deleted.
Free and Paid Plans: We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have usage limitations, while paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods after notice is provided.
No Warranty: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Detection Accuracy: AI content detection is probabilistic and not foolproof. False positives and false negatives can occur. Detection results should not be the sole basis for important decisions.
Humanization Results: While our humanization service aims to improve text quality, we cannot guarantee that humanized text will pass all AI detection systems or meet specific quality standards.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGC Checker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use our Services and the decisions you make based on the results.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited uses.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to our Services will be disabled, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
Survival: Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
